🔑 Key Responsibilities
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing branch operations with focus on business growth & collections.
- Driving performance across secured and unsecured loan products.
- Motivating, mentoring, and monitoring the branch team to achieve monthly & annual targets.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and compliance requirements.
- Delivering excellent customer service & relationship management to strengthen client trust.
- Building strong local networks to generate new business opportunities.
👤 Candidate Profile
We are looking for dynamic professionals who have a strong track record in financial services:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in financial services/loans, with at least 2 years in team handling.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of branch operations, loan products, and market practices.
- Candidates with local market knowledge will be given preference.
- Notice Period: 30 days or less.
