🏢 Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Relationship Officer – 811 Digital Sales, your primary role will be to engage with customers and expand Kotak Bank’s digital banking portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
✅ Engaging with customers to enrich relationships and increase wallet share.
✅ Growing the 811 Digital Book and building Investment AUM Portfolio through acquiring, deepening, and retaining customers.
✅ Handling customer queries, complaints, and service requests to improve satisfaction.
✅ Cross-selling banking and financial products, including:
- Balance Builder Products – Demat, Trading, Credit Cards, FD, RD
- Loan Products – Personal Loan, Auto Loan, Two-Wheeler Loan, Gold Loan, Home Loan, LAP, LAS, etc.
✅ Promoting third-party products such as insurance (General, Life) and Mutual Funds.
✅ Ensuring compliance with KYC and banking guidelines.
This is a target-based sales role where you will be directly contributing to the bank’s digital expansion.
🎯 Job Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within city limits for customer meetings.
- Must have a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler with valid Driving License and Vehicle RC.
- A smartphone is mandatory for field operations.
- Graduate degree with 1–5 years of work experience.
- Experience in Liability Sales, CASA acquisition, Fintech, or KYC will be an added advantage.
- Preference for candidates with prior banking/financial sales experience.
