🔑 Key Responsibilities

As an Area Collection Manager, you will:

Lead and manage the personal loan collection portfolio for your assigned territory.
Ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly recovery targets.
Handle delinquent and overdue accounts with strategic planning and timely execution.
Conduct field visits, skip tracing, and negotiations with defaulting customers.
Maintain strict adherence to compliance, legal guidelines, and company policies.
Prepare and present detailed collection performance reports for management.

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who bring both expertise and leadership:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
5–8 years of experience in collections (preferably in personal loans/retail lending).
Strong people management & leadership skills.
Knowledge of legal & regulatory frameworks related to loan recovery.
Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving abilities.
