🔑 Key Responsibilities
As an RCU Officer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the bank from fraud and ensuring healthy portfolio quality:
- Conduct field investigations and customer verifications for HL & LAP applications.
- Identify, monitor, and investigate potential fraudulent cases.
- Coordinate with internal teams for fraud prevention strategies.
- Prepare timely investigation reports and escalate high-risk cases.
- Ensure compliance with policies & regulatory norms.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and authorities when required.
👤 Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who can deliver integrity, accuracy, and vigilance in their work:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RCU/FCU roles.
- Strong background in fraud detection & investigation.
- Excellent communication & reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of local market & customer verification processes.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
